What is the time commitment?

Job recruiting in a hyper-competitive field like tech is not easy. Our fellows typically spend 5-8 hours a week on job search until they’re hired. This includes going over exclusive TalentGeist training content, working with TalentGeist mentors through 1-on-1’s, self studying and/or interacting with other fellows to internalize concepts, etc. We expect all fellows to take the job search process seriously, but we are flexible in working around your schedules, especially during hectic periods like exams, critical work deadlines, etc.

What exact value will I get from the program?

We help you maximise your job recruiting success. You’ll have access to 20+ hours of exclusive ‘all-you-need-to-know’ created by tech recruiters and industry professionals, as well as 1-on-1’s with top mentors from companies like Google, ByteDance, Meta, etc. Through it all, we’ll help you perfect your resume and interview skills (among many other things) so you land the best possible job offer. Additionally, our community is extremely strong. As an alum, you’ll build a lifetime network with other fellows & mentors and get exclusive access to job applications and company referrals.
